If you have any questions, please reach out prior to purchase. If you receive your product and there is an issue, please email me at and provide a detailed explanation of issue with photos if your item has been damaged in the mail.

Due to the custom nature of our product, returns are not accepted. If your item is damaged in transit, please reach out via email with pictures and description of damage and we will work to make it right.

Shipping Policy

All of our cups are made to order. Please allow 5 business days for your item to be mailed. All products will be mailed via USPS with a flat rate shipping of $5.00. Tracking number will be provided when item is mailed.
